The Coral Strand Hotel offers 130 newly refurbished rooms in the following categories

• Standard Rooms
• Superior Family Rooms
• Superior Duplex Rooms

All Standard Rooms are equipped with bathtub/shower, WC, international telephone, radio, electronic personal safe, hair dryer and are individually air-conditioned.

The Superior Rooms in addition to the standard are equipped with TV, tea/Coffee facilities whilst the Superior Duplex Rooms provide a private seating area. The majority of the rooms offer a sea view and there is a lift connecting all 4 floors from ground level.

Hotel Restaurants and Bars
ISLAND TRADER
The Island Trader with its high ceiling offers a magnificent view of the Indian Ocean with Silhouette Island and North Island gently rested upon the horizon. This buffet restaurant varies daily.

BISTRO: The Bistro is located directly at the beach serving a la carte from 11:00hrs to 22:00hrs. Vegetarian dishes and children’s menu are served upon request.

MAHEK: Fully air-conditioned Indian Gourmet Restaurant featuring a gastronomical selection of Indian Cuisine served in traditional antique style ware. It boasts a “show cooking kitchen” where guests have the opportunity to watch the chefs at work. Lunch is served from 12:00hrs to 13:45hrs and dinner from 19:00hrs to 21:45hrs.

POOL BAR: Directly next to the pool a one storey bar offering views of the Ocean and a majestic sunset view. Drinks and exotic cocktails are served from 11:00hrs to 23:45hrs with an informal setting. A meeting place for visitors and locals alike.

SILHOUETTE LOUNGE: For a more relaxing atmosphere guest may sip afternoon tea or coffee accompanied by a selection of cakes and crepes. The lounge opens from 16:00hrs to 17:00hrs.

ENTERTAINMENT:
Musical Entertainment: On most nights guest will be entertained by local musicians offering different genre of music from local folklore to international music.

WATER SPORTS: Water sport activities are located at beach front of the hotel. Non-motorised water sport equipments; body board, windsurfing, hobby catamaran and snorkeling are free of charge.

Hotel guests enjoy a 10% discount on motorized water sport equipments like water skiing, banana boat and Jet Ski.

Hotel Children Information
High chairs, cots and baby-sitters can be arranged on request. There is a children pool with fresh water next to the main pool.

Diving Information
DIVING:
A PADI 5* Diving Centre is located next to the hotel. All diving arrangements and tours are conducted by internationally accredited diving instructors. Diving equipment may also be purchased at the Diving Centre.

Transfer to Hotel
On arrival at Mahe International airport you will be met one of our island representatives and transferred by car to your hotel.
