Maia’s 30 villas (approximately 250 m2) are located
within Maia’s award-winning, lush tropical gardens,
enjoying 180 degree, uninterrupted sea views offset by
the warm, earthy tones of the villa’s interior design:

• 3 Ocean View Villas (nestled within the hillside and
close to the restaurant)

• 8 Ocean Front Villas (direct access to the beach and a
private garden. Suitable for families)

• 11 Ocean Panoramic Villas (on the hilltop, overlooking
Anse Louis or Anse Boileau Bays)

• 8 Maia Signature Villas

Each villa comprises of two separate pavilions and a
private, infinity-edged pool. All enjoy luxury air conditioned bedrooms with an interleading bathroom
with walk-in shower, dual vanity, and a glorious
outdoor, double sunken bath tub. The spacious
bedroom pavilions are equipped with a privately
stocked bar, flat screen TV, DVD player, iPod station,
ceiling fans and a La Prairie fridge for cosmetics.
A secluded, outdoor Gazebo, is fully equipped with
en-suite dining facilities and a wonderfully oversized
day bed. Your private butler can prepare light dishes,
meals and refreshments throughout the day – this
includes off menu items such as barbecues and freshly
caught fish.

Maia is ideal for children with many activities including Sand-castle building, swimming, snorkeling, , colouring, painting, treasure hunts, group canoe trips for teenagers, football, volleyball, movie time with popcorn and a host of other surprises. Local artist, Robert Alexis, will help with coconut painting, t-shirt design and other arts and crafts working with the Seychellois nature.

One child up to 16years can be accommoated free of charge (except festive season).
